Trusted-Network-Partners SABIO and Attensity introduced their joint integration. Knowledge from SABIO is now integrated into Attensity’s response solution easier than ever. Using the openly documented SABIO interface (REST-API), content like processing knowledge, text elements, operation guidances, documents etc. can be accessed via Attensity Response. When handling written communication, agents can access knowledge from SABIO without the slightest effort. Content maintained in SABIO can be stored for several communication channels, without the necessity to administer knowledge in numerous systems. This keeps the knowledge consistent easily and saves time, money and stress.
