SABIO was again present at the CCW 2015 from 24.02. to 26.02.2015 in Berlin and for the third time in a row we were represented in the Live-Call-Center. This year our live partner was the Würth Teleservice GmbH, utilizing SABIO Knowledge in processing customer requests.
This year we enlargened our stand considerably together with our integration partner Zendesk. The increased stop face and the more attractive stand resulted in noticeabel higher attendance. Numerous potential clients wer able to gain a favourable first impression of our knowledge management system. In addition we were able to present live our available integration opportunities in Zendesk, Attensity, Novomind and HelpLine. Furthermore Alexander Hotappels as a keynote speaker gave a lecture on „Digitalization, Multichannel and Consistent Knowledge with SABIO“. Additionally Maximilian Thost and Joel Eiglmeyer held a practical speech on „Knowledge Management – From Beginner to Professional Level“.
We are already looking forward to the CCW 2016 and would like to thank all customers, interested parties, our co-operation partners, the HCD and the management circle for a fantastic exhibition!
